statt 1,6 wird 002 angezeigt.

wenn du 1,6 im Format "0,00" auf den Label bringen willst, müsste der Befehl lauten
Label1.Caption = Format(1.6,"0.00")
Statt 1.6 kannst natürlich auch eine Variable nehmen.

Die eigentliche Zahl ist auch nicht 1,6 sondern 1,66666

nimmst du in VBA-Code vielleicht das Komma statt des Punktes? In VBA muss generell der Punkt (auch im Format-Befehl) für das Komma genommen werden.
Sonst wüsste ich nichts.
