einfacher ist es die zelle zu markieren, dann Format - Zellen - Kategorie "text".
hiermit bist du flexibler, falls du eine neue zeile oder spalte einfügst, weil die formatierung mit runterkopiert wird.

In der Spalte sind nur Datumswerte, Wenn ich diese auf Text formatiere, so erhalte ich fünfstellige Zahlen und kein Datum als Text.
Gebe ich folgendes ein:
txtabl1.Text = Cells(r, 5).NumberFormat = "@" so erhalte ich als Eintrag in die txtabl den Wert "Falsch"

Danke für Deine Antwort.
Ich habe im Arbeitsblatt ja Datumswerte stehen.Ich möchte jetzt diese Werte in die TextBox zwar als Datum, aber als Datum im Textformat reinbekommen(also 21.11.2006 und nicht 39042.
