bedingte formatierung

mit folgendem Makro habe ich eine bediengte formatierung, der Zellen E4:E41,G4:G41 eingerichtet (es wird warscheinlich auch kürzer gehen ... ?!?!)

was ich jetzt aber absolut nicht hinbekomme, wenn diese Zellen E4:E41,G4:G41 so formatiert sind, sollen die Werte in den Zellen B4:B41 sich genauso formatieren.
Die bedingte formatierung, auf Grund einer farblichen Veränderung (Text und Hintergrundfarbe) bekomme ich nicht hin.
